Meet Matthew and Mimi Mixon
Matthew has landscaping in his blood. Growing up in Hayesville, NC, he spent summers helping in his family’s landscaping business. He studied Sustainable Development and Appropriate Technology at Appalachian State University and later worked in the solar industry. Matthew started EcoLawns Unlimited to combine his passion for landscaping, sustainability, and serving the community.
Mimi brings organizational skill, client care, and project management to the company, ensuring every service is efficient, organized, and exceeds expectations. Together, Matthew and Mimi lead EcoLawns Unlimited with a focus on quality, integrity, and people-first service.
